->With the exception of public chats only members of a chat can see that chat. So if someone was not invited to a chat they would not be able to access that chat or the messages in that chat. Keep in mind though that anyone involved in that chat can invite other users into the chat at any time, once that person is invited they can see all messages in the chat.
->FM Chat does not come with any field or record level security enabled. If you would like to secure the data in FM Chat at that level you would need to edit the privilege sets and potentially create new accounts based on security level. This is beyond the scope of this documentation but if you need custom modifications like this please contact us.
