SeedCode got started making tools for other software developers.
Of all these tools, DayBack has made the biggest impact in people’s lives: helping developers create sophisticated calendaring solutions and giving people a framework in which to balance their schedules and defend their time. We’re now completely focused on DayBack and related custom projects in FileMaker, Salesforce, and the web.
Here are some of the products and tools we built along the way.
Our template for new projects: contacts, projects, and inventory alongside DayBack Calendar.
The calendar integrated with contacts and projects as a jump start for new solutions.
The first version of our mapping add-on before routing was introduced. Mapping is now becoming part of DayBack Calendar.
A fast chat client for FileMaker. Our first JS app, FMChat required almost no updates since its release in 2012.
The first version of DayBack for FileMaker 13-18. Upgrades from this to the latest DayBack are available here.
A tool for learning SQL syntax and writing complex queries. Still available here.
Back button navigation for FileMaker before there were script triggers.
Outlines, trees, and hierarchies for FileMaker without using JS and web viewers.
A lean scriptable date picker designed by the team at Proof+Geist (then Proof Group). Documented, supported, and sold by SeedCode.
Cross-table search for FileMaker designed by Matt Navarre of AppWorks (then MSN Media). SeedCode did the UX, sales and support.
Our last FileMaker calendar before rewriting in modern JavaScript and renaming the calendar, DayBack.
Elegant mail merge for FileMaker. Designed by the team at Proof_Geist (then Proof Group). Documented, supported, and sold by SeedCode.
A scriptable sync engine for FileMaker. Conceived at Pause: collaboration between Proof+Geist (then Geist Interactive) and SeedCode.
Lightweight time tracking for iPhone paired with GoZync to work offline.
Publish data from FileMaker to iCal, Google, and iOS via a PHP-powered app on your server.
One of our early calendars for FileMaker Pro. No plugins, no JS, but lots and lots of layout objects.
An early Gantt Chart from our FileMaker 8 Calendar. This eventually became Horizon View in DayBack.
Work orders and inventory for offline GoZync applications. Built with Todd from Proof+Geist (then Geist Interactive).
